Our Objectives

  1. To provide an avenue/medium for networking, recreation and also recognise great achievements by giving awards to individuals, groups, companies and partners that are deserving of recognition.
  2. To promote organization and registration of Nigerian workers who are in Medical and Health services in both public and private sectors of the economy in England.
  1. To promote the benefit of the public and in particular but not exclusively, Nigerian people living in the UK/ROI by associating together such people and the local authorities and other organizations in a common effort.
  2. To Regulate the relationship between workers and employers.
  3. To establish schemes that will ensure the adequate maintenance of just and proper hours of work, adequate rates of pay, humane conditions of labor, and adequate retirement/pension benefits for Nigerian Healthcare professionals in England.
  4. To encourage maintenance of high standards of workmanship and professional practice.
  5. To ensure the advancement of workers’ education.
  6. To relieve poverty and sickness and Further the welfare and well-being of members and their families.
  7. To encourage members in the participation of policymaking in the health industry.
  8. To provide of legal and/or other assistance when necessary in matters pertaining to the interest of members who may suffer by accident, or through unjust treatment arising from dispute between employers and members.
  9. Ensuring cordial inter-cadre relationship among members and
